Add labels to x-axis and y-axis value types

Is there any way to add labels to x-axis and y-axis data values? Please refer the snapshots.

I want to add labels just like Total produce and Farms

regarding the graph above, in Swift 3, I cannot add the X-axis values as well as the Y-axis values. Is this not possible? If it is possible for the X-axis values to be String as well?
