Some kind of streamer mode indicator

There should be a clear indicator that streamer mode is active, maybe even that pings are muted. Inspired by this convo on discord:

[23:08]zneix: that's because of streamer mode. by default, chatterino has streamer mode set to "Automatic (detect streaming software)" or smth like that; basically, chatterino checks if obs is running and if so, it does some things differently. check General -> Streamer Mode for more info and/or to tweak/disable that

I'm looking for ideas on how this could be achieved before anyone puts effort into coding this. My suggestion would be adding something to the title bar or the top of the Notebook, besides the tabs.

This seems like a fair idea, my immediate thought was the way discord does it, but I figure that approach might be more painful than its worth.
