Checklist

  • I'm reporting a problem with Chatterino
  • I've verified that I'm running the most recent nightly build or stable release
  • I've looked for my problem on the wiki
  • I've searched the issues and pull requests for similar looking reports

Describe your issue

When applying a custom font it doesn't not save the presets nor apply them correctly.

  • download a font with multiple presets (e.g. OpenDsylexia2)
  • install all versions of said font (normal, Bold, italic, bolditalic)
  • select custom downloaded font
  • select font style
  • select font size
  • click ok

After completing these steps the font on the general settings window shows either the custom font name but doesn't actually update with the chosen style and size or it shows "choosing..." and again doesn't update with the custom style and size.
I have included screenshots and also a link to the custom font I am using.

https://opendyslexic.org/ - proceed to the downloads page to find the windows download for the font

Ok I actually can replicate this only when I have multiple of the different types of font installed, Installing multiple "versions" of OpenDsylexia2 causes the problem to be replicatable, when it's only one version it works fine

Honestly I'm not even sure why we have a font sizer inside that prompt, since we have a font setting outside of it and afaik it's always been the only thing that did size

ok that's good to know. It's a good workaround for me for now. But the main issue isn't the font size tbh but being able to set the font to bold.
