Buggy 2nd Window Sometimes

When i make Chrome + Chatterino in Dock Mode (Split Screen) its opening an WIndow i cant Close and when i hover it dosent say anything

I suppose this is only an issue on Windows 11, since Windows 10 doesn't have the snap feature. Do you happen to know what the window title is or - even better - what window class it is (maybe with Spy++; included in a Visual Studio installation in Common7\Tools\spyxx_amd64.exe)?
