Description

We should provide a detailed explanation and context for the newly introduced TTFB (Time to First Byte) metric, outlining its purpose, significance, how do we calculate it and how it enhances performance monitoring.

I have created Spark TTFB doc here. I tried to keep it simple and short and also included some LaTex formulas to supplement the writing.

I would appreciate some feedback. I think I could simplify the document further and probably improve formulas too.
