More responsive filtering on map

This came up in our CUTGroup test, but we saw that testers were making changes to their search criteria in the advanced search panel and were expecting to see those changes on the map. It would be an enhancement if adding datasets, filtering, and changing the color/sizes of map icons, could be more responsive without having to click "Submit" after every change is made.

We also saw testers would move the map, not create a map boundary using the tool, and then use advanced search expecting that the advanced search panel was connected to their map view and they would get results in that location. This could be its own issue, but is definitely related to increasing the responsive between map and advanced search.
