Highlight streets (and which side of street) being cleaned in the current/next week (or specified days).

Rationale -- people going out of town for work or vacation may leave before signs are posted, and then get a ticket, get pissed off, etc. This way they can see what's coming in the relevant timeframe.

NL Query -- "When is my street being cleaned next?"
