Disable generation of Strawberry Shake clients on build

Is it possible to disable the generation of the client on build?

We are working against a very large schema, which results in a very large client. With our current configuration, the client is generated on build, which results in it being generated when we run tests as well. It takes around ~45-60 seconds. So we've gone from running a single test in less than a second, to ~45-60 seconds.
