Add Click Animation to Sign-Up Button on Login Page

When users click on the sign-up button on the login page, there is no visual feedback to indicate that the button has been clicked. Currently, the button immediately redirects users to the next login page without any animation or feedback.

Describe the solution you'd like
Expected Behavior:
Upon clicking the sign-up button, users should see a visual animation (such as a change in button color or a brief animation) to indicate that their click has been registered before being redirected to the next login page. This will improve the user experience by providing clear feedback when interacting with the button.
