Adding Create Organization/Ai Model button

the bug
When you get into the dashboard, As a beginner there is nothin to show which can be really frustrating who is not familiar with website

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '[https://chit-chat.tech/]'
2. Click on 'lets start'
3. SignIn or SignUp

Expected behavior
When there is not even single organization/trained model there should be a button for add organization/trained model below

I want a button below Organization which redirect to /organization page and same for ai trained models.
