Markdown does not appear to support horizontal rules on peertube 7.0.0 or 7.0.1.

(example: *** or ___ or --- does nothing)

We limit markdown use in "classic" user fields (video description, comments...) to not alter the UI. But we can enable them for "admin" fields (instance description etc.).
