Describe the bug

Disable recall seems to hang in tweeks

Steps to reproduce

Select 'Disable Recall"
Run Tweeks

Expected behavior

Recall to be disabled

Additional context

I ran the powershell from the [?] and it asks if you want to reboot so i wonder is that is where it is hanging
