Describe the bug

After running standard tweaks of winutil which disables "Automatic Sample Submission" notification about it keeps refreshing every restart, even when dismissing from Defender app.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Windows Defender preferences
  2. Click on Dismiss
  3. wait for notification to pop in soon, especially after restart

Expected behavior

How to disable this notification permanently
