Option to edit records

It should be possible to edit an entry. In case the address of a person changes, it would be great to be able to change it.

For documents: I understand if it is difficult to change document records, because these entries should be safely archived and not be altered afterwards to preserve their originality, but sometimes in might be necessary (e.g. typing errors or wrong date). Suggestion: a log system would archive every change by every user and so everyone sees the changes made and can track them.

Comment section??? Would it be great if users can comment in the log system as well???
