Delta ²k5: About MOM: I use TTLs on a MOM x MOM type of intersection as you can see here:

The speed at this sections is set below 30km/h, anyway the red lights are ignored.

Either known SingleTrainTrackAI incompatibility (TEST version with fix) or bug mentioned in #1229 (comment)
