Piwik installation is rather hardcoded #526

Piwik settings have been committed to the repository (assets/js/piwik.js). A bit less hardcoded approach might be preferable.

Configuration variables could be piwik_urland piwik_site_id. These would map to things passed to setTrackerUrl and setSiteId respectively.
