How_to_setup_cron.txt

To proper work of the project is necessary run this comand EVERY MINUTE:
'python manage.py runcrons'

add using this steps:
1) $ crontab -e 
2) add "* * * * * /YOUR PATH/Rede_Portal/cron.sh"

obs.: maybe there will be a problem in cron.sh, so fix it =D
