Include metadata into "log comment"

To simplify incident investigations, I'd propose including some of the metadata (such as event ID, Offset, Partition, etc.) in "log comment" to display in query_log

If we can store data in log_comment in a parable form, we could improve https://github.com/ClickHouse/kafka-connect-log-analyzer to leverage ClickHouse for finding missing or overlapping ranges. Does it make sense?
