Possible to square off sub-buttons that aren't on the outer ends of the row?

Is it possible via css to amend the style of the sub-buttons? And if so, is it possible to square off all the 'interior' rounding so we get a nice smooth line of buttons?

Apologies for the messy mock-up, I was on my phone, but this shows what I'm trying to achieve ^^^

For anyone that might be interested, I've managed to get this to work. I'm not a CSS guy but pressed enough random buttons to get what I wanted...
