Hi! I'm testing pagebreak and it works beautifully, but I got into this. We use <base href=""> in <head> to set relative URLs, and since pagebreak also uses relative URLs for data-pagebreak-control links, the pages end up anywhere else.

Is it possible to tell it not to use relative URLs, or to follow <base>? No idea about Rust to commit to send a PR...
