[Feature][SolidUI-Web] Interaction of new project

• I had searched in the issues and found no similar feature requirement.

Problem Description

1. Project -> New Project -> Write a default name directly and jump to the design page
2. The project name displayed next to the design page -> logo -> can be directly modified, press enter to save the update

• put /solidui/projects/{id}
• Rename the project using an underscore
