retroarch_with_cores.zip added, checked the gbc/gba emulator, but snes mini cannot open gbc game

Hello! I have a snes mini and I used it to play gbc games like zelda DX before. Since I was having an issue where my snes mini shut randomly when I saved states, I tried to update retroarch clover with cores. installed retroarch_with_cores.zip(dragged it to haxchi), left gambatte checked when I dragged the zip file, followed the instructions (reset button, power...), waited until done and now my snes mini cannot run the game boy color games like zelda DX! Please help!
