Default config for new Spaces

Hi all! It would be nice for there to be a file that would serve as a default config.php for newly created Spaces. Also, it would be nice to have a folder that would serve as a default /config folder that would have files like favicon.png, logo.svg, theme.css, etc. all ready to go using the existing config. There also should be an option to toggle this on/off (maybe in the main config.php). How does it sound? I thought of using a .htaccess to do the trick, but it doesn't seem to be working. Thanks!
