[C4GT college chapter] SamagraX tickets for Kalvium

Requirement:

1. Under the community program, each college chapter is mapped to one organization. So that the issue tickets put up by that org can be solved by the mapped college chapter contributors.
2. Kalvium has been mapped to SamagraX
3. The requirement is to put finalize 3 tickets- NL, UCI, Integrated product dashboard, that can be shared with Kalvium for contribution

Acceptance criteria:

1. Finalize the 3 issue tickets by getting the details from respective PMs
2. Post the 3 issue tickets as per C4GT community issue template

Reason:
This is part of C4GT's college chapters initiative.
