Doesn’t work on iPadOS 16.6 #24

On 16.5 here, I was able to get the menu to pop up by holding down the app and then tapping with my other finger as I let go |
Tried this but didnt work on ipad mini 5 (iOS 16.1) |
Make sure to tap with the other finger on the app you were holding and do it just as you take the other finger off. If it doesn’t work idk what else you can do |

Nothing I tap on does anything, can’t get any menus up or downgrade apps
