Sidebar not extending together with content

Hello everyone. It's the first time i'm using adminLTE. I'm struggling with two issues.
First issue is the sidebar. Assuming my client doesn't want me to use pagination, I am forced to render infinite elements in my section content. But as you can see from the image below at some point the sidebar stops to extend toward the bottom.

Instead the second issue has to deal with the rendering of the content section. It is renderend empty on first load:

when I refresh the page instead it looks like the css properties are properly rendered. The footer is rendered on the bottom of the page. Keep in mind the page has no data whatsoever
