Npm or Bower package #1430

I downloaded this package from bower, i do however see that the projects dependencies is not listed in the bower.json or package.json .

This may make some libraries redundant when installing other packages that require the same dependencies.

I dont know, but i think he do this because not every plugin that's used by AdminLTE has a npm or bower repo.
