Describe the bug
One of the intended operating modes of the new respawn tickets system is that players can have a personal tickets pool, and the side can also have an overflow tickets pool. Once all tickets from both pools are extinguished, respawn is no longer possible.

This doesn't currently happen. When this mode is set-up, when a player extinguishes their tickets, they gain unlimited tickets. Find out why, and rectify if able.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to deez
  2. Click on nuts
  3. Scroll down to ligma
  4. See balls

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of sugma.
