Discord webhooks now use discordapp.com rather then discord.com #3

Creating new webhooks in not working correctly anymore, since Discord now uses the 'discordapp.com' domain, instead of discord.com for webhooks. Because you do a hard check for the existance of discord.com in the url, I'm unable to register new webhooks.
