Investigate merging "/next" and "/fixtures 1"

/next displays the next fixture, but also displays the relative time to go for the next match to start, which is useful due to timezones etc.

But, having two commands to get fixtures is also kinda confusing, so we can merge them while still retain displaying relative time for the next game to start.

A potential idea could be to also display this in the /fixtures command, and get rid of /next, perhaps just for the next game, or all the games in the output.
