When creating a new experiment, there's no hierarchy in the .Samples project.

Could we go from this:

To something more like this:

This makes it a bit easier to scan and find the right file!

Looks good! I suggest also hiding away the GlobalUsings in a folder as well. Maybe a Properties folder?
