Don't know if you want something more complex and complete. But the Syncfusion Toolkit lets you manage the button and create a rating presentation.

I'm wokring on an extensive RatingView control. You can see it in PR 2191. It's close to being completed, and some of what you can do include the following screenshots from the included samples within the Samples app:

Good news, the new RatingView control has been merged into main. Just need to wait for an appropriate release window and it'll be available for you to use!
