  • Group projects in separate folders for Microsoft.Toolkit, Microsoft.Toolkit.Win32, Microsoft.Toolkit.UWP, and Microsoft.Toolkit.UWP.UI
  • Create separate solution for each group
  • Modify build script

We haven't created separate solutions yet, but we did split some things out, so I think we're pretty good here for now.
