Some audit rules from linux_os/guide/auditing/policy_rules miss CPE platforms definition on RHEL-10

Description of problem:

Some audit rules contain condition {{% if product == "rhel9" %}} when defining CPE platform which causes that their applicability is incorrect on RHEL-10 and these rules are then applicable on architectures where they should not be applicable.
