Register data - minor UI issue while showing Events in the transaction log details

Bug Description
Looking at register data transaction in the transaction log details . Events item seems to be expandable but nothing comes down after arrow is selected.

Steps to Reproduce
Register data.
Open tx log and select the data registration transaction.
Extend Events item.

Expected Result
I am not sure whether we should show the data here even thou we show it in Data registration item already.
I believe if we don't show any data, we could remove the expand button.

Actual Result
Expand button is activated but nothing happens, there is a minor visual glitch on the screen as something has moved.
