Replace node.testnet.concordium.com with grpc.testnet.concordium.com #1288

node.testnet.concordium.com is the old testnet node which will be deprecated soon, replace with grpc.testnet.concordium.com

Also add the --secure flag as well since the new endpoint uses TLS
