Bug Description: When a use have a stack in cool down but in wallet app there is no place to see the list of cool down's and their expiry

Steps to Reproduce:
Step1: Create Validator or Delegator
Step2: move some or all stakes to cool down
Step3: move stakes to cooldown

Expected Result
There should be a place where user can see the list of stocks in cool down.

Actual Result
No such list..

Versions

  • Software Version: 1.3.0-qa.9
  • OS: Android 14
  • Browser: NA
  • Mobile device, if applicable: pixel 6
