Bug Description: In update delegation flow, in update guide at Update cooldown screen text is not matching with mentioned designs.

Steps to Reproduce:
Step1: Create a delegator
Step2: update existing delegator
Step 3: update the delegator and and move to Cooldown screen of update guide.

Expected Result

**Please go through all the flows mentioned in ****designs **and do adjustments accordingly
