Description

As an implementor, I want my client to use the simplified and reworked version of the SSZ spec so that my client [de]serializes objects in a predictable and expected manner.

Acceptance Criteria

  • All changes addressed in the linked PR below are either addressed in Artemis or Cava.

Additional Information

See ethereum/consensus-specs#696
NOTE: This will likely require increased coordination with Cava.
