PATH_TENANTS in ClientConstants is wrong #687

I'm current testing using version 3.0.0. When i try to list the tenants, the list is empty.
After investigating, the path for tenant is wrong.

public static final String PATH_TENANTS = "/auth/tenants";

Why is the tenant path not /tenants?

Just realized it was raised in #677
