Use venvs for program due to outdated dependancies #640

I noticed this program has outdated dependancies. A few suggestions:

  • Use a venv to isolate the packages from the main Python instance
    Ooooor...
  • Update your dependancies

@tomodachi94 This is a good suggestion, can you please write up a quick tutorial on how to set up a virtual environment in Windows?

If we can keep it simple, we'll add this to the project's README.md.

Closing due to inactivity. #472 has been merged and this project no longer depends on an outdated Tensorflow.
