Add IBC-related entry points

Add the possibility to generate IBC-related entry points directly with Sylvia. For now, we need to first establish how the handling of those should be handled and what is to be generated.

Hey @hashedone I see the issue is quote old, any plans to implement it so far? or at least allowing it through override_entry_point?

Hi @AlexanderC
IBC is not currently supported by cw-multi-test on which sylvia rely.
Because of that support for IBC is not planned for v1.0.0 release. You should however by able to define IBC entry-points next to the contract and then refer to it's state through by simply constructing contract object.

I might add some instruction in the future how to add support for IBC when using sylvia contract.
