Not sure what a Pokémon is... but I've got a Pokedex for all 6 generations (whatever that means) published @ https://github.com/toolboc/XPCK-Pokedex

@hoten, I'd seen the api, we opted for an offline / online-enhanced solution.

Currently available for Windows 8.0 compatible platforms and Windows Phone 8.1.
