Hi,

Since ~2 weeks the new Version of course:play doesn't work on my Nitrado Server.
My last usable Version was downloaded a few days before the combined Courses were fixed.

Do you know anything about this issue?

I am having a similar problem with Multiplayer after an update at around the same time. I think its surrounding the savegame changes? When I replaced lines 171 thru 225 from the new courseplay.lua with lines 171 thru 206 from the last working version, everything worked perfectly again for me and I got to keep the new icons on the maps.

However, keep in mind, the devs have said a couple of times that CP is not fully multiplayer supported yet... officialy.. ;-)

Thx I will try this tomorrow. But a great and powerful mod like this will never be finished. B-)

The error that I was getting on my son's computer when he was trying to connect to my multiplayer sessions was :

Error: Running LUA method 'loadMapFinished'. C:/Users/..../Documents/My Games/FarmingSimulator2015/mods//zzz_courseplay/courseplay.lua:171: attempt to index field 'currentSavegame' (a nil value)

If you aren't getting that error in your log file, it may be another issue. I don't currently play with on a dedicated server, just on a shared savegame.

The problem lies with the way Giants wrote the savegame information code. At the moment there's no surefire way to find out the savegame directory (in MP / on DS), that's how that error comes to happen.

We'll look into it.

I have just replace those lines but only the one's refering to folder system from versión 099 and it works with no log error making the sincronization properly in shared savegame. Not tested in DS.

I will use debug channels to see posible errores and report.

When other user is joining the game, it got hold for a minute but is after taht start to syncronize, and got hold dure to error:

Error: Running LUA method 'packetReceived'.
C:/Users/xxxxxxx/Documents/My Games/FarmingSimulator2015/mods//ZZZ_courseplay/debug.lua:256: bad argument #3 to 'format' (number expected, got table)

If I do with version 099, we can syncronize without anyproblem. Pit, I expect your look will succeed.

And indeed it would be possible to make courseplay.xml again in a separate directory so courseplay running back on the dedicated server?

In the versions where the xml was in a separate directory Cp namely works without problems.

Sorry, but all MP stuff have been postponed until the first release, where MP will be turned off.
Once a release or 2 have been made we might start working only on getting CP MP ready again, so just have patience, since we are planing to work on it, but when we cant say 100%.
