Compiling some issues with patch notes here for discussion

  • Added/Removed applying to nations where it isn't new, and there is a problem where tanks get a trait update as well

  • Should cost of unit be shown as Command Points or something else?

  • Might want to add a loading spinner for the page because it takes ~10 seconds for patch-notes to be calculated
