Color changing at incorrect layer

There is a bug with the "change filament at layer X" feature.

As you can see in the following pictures, I added a color change at layer 12 (1.04) but after priting or with the preview, you can see that the color change is done at layer 17 (1.44). I have this bug on every stl I use.
The bug happens without the prime tower too.
