Valve handle does not work correctly in adventure mode

Describe the Bug

A player in adventure mode can change the parameters of the valve handle and cannot turn the valve by holding Shift

Reproduction Steps

1. Place valve handle
2. /gamemode adventure
3. Shift + RMB on valve

Expected Result

The inability to change valve parameters and the ability to turn it in the opposite direction
