Make CLI go idle in listen command when inactive for a while

Long graphql subscription holds gcp cloud run server running and costs me money.

Long connection is also unstable. I need to reconnect once a while. But also set a idle time to prevent the connection from running in the background all the time.

For example, can we monitor keyboard, mouse movement or even whether screen is dim.
