Feature Request: API and Webhooks

First of all thanks for all the enhancements, especially the audio only Muxing fix.

I'm a mac user and downloaded Parallel just to install and run this app.

My current workflow is as follows for a series.

Search > Click Series > Click All > Add to queue

Dub is ja-JP
High video and Audio quality subs separate English

Then I download the again Audio only for English Dub

Then back on the MAC (shared folders)

I run handbrake to encode to H265 (M3 chip has special processor for it) resulting in MP4

Then I take the MP4 the ASS and the MP3 from the English Dub and run it in FFMeg to create a MKV with both english and japanese audio. Average size is about 270MB per episode and move it to my NAS.

Ideally I can call an API call instead that adds the series to the Queue with my preferred options.

Once that job is done it can push a webhook and can then use to start the handbraking and make another API call start the English audio dubs.

**Reason why I don't just add multiple dubs is because sometimes it wont allow me to add to queue if english is selected even though there is an english dub on CR.
