Japan firmware: Wifi AP feature broken

The Herelink Japan Firmware's Wifi access point feature does not work.

Using the completely default setup, if the user opens Herelink settings, "Tethering & portable hotspot" and clicks the "Portable Wi-Fi hotspot" option it does create an access point but because the password is random, the user has no way to connect to it.

To get around this the user then selects, "Setup Wi-Fi hotspot" and changes the password but sadly when they then go to re-enagble the "Portable Wi-Fi hotspot", "Error" is displayed.
